1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mentora, you agree to these Terms of Service. Mentora provides a digital check-in and counselling support platform designed for educational communities.
2. Intended Use
Mentora is designed for student check-ins, routine guidance, and preventative emotional support. Mentora is not a substitute for emergency medical care or acute crisis intervention services.
3. Responsible Conduct
Users are expected to treat counsellors, staff, and peers with respect. Misuse of the platform, impersonation, or intentional disruption is strictly prohibited.
4. School & Parental Consent
Student accounts are created under school authorization or parent consent in accordance with applicable student privacy laws and educational guidelines.
