Every counsellor and mental health specialist operating on Mentora undergoes rigorous identity verification, background screening, and credential validation before interacting with students.
2. Protected Student Privacy
We believe students express themselves best when they know they are in a safe environment. Personal check-ins and 1-on-1 conversations remain confidential between the student and their designated support specialist.
3. Responsible Escalation Pathways
If a student expresses feelings or situations involving immediate physical harm, abuse, or urgent danger, trained safety protocols trigger responsible notification to verified school authorities and emergency protocols.
4. Zero Commercial Exploitation
Mentora strictly prohibits third-party advertising, commercial profiling, or monetization of student content. Our sole mission is student well-being.
