- Account Info: Basic profile information provided by the school or parent to verify identity.
- Usage Analytics: Anonymized app performance metrics to help us improve the platform experience.
3. What Parents & Schools See
Students deserve a private space to talk with counsellors. Parents and school leaders receive gentle, summary-level insights about overall well-being, never raw transcripts or private 1-on-1 conversations.
4. Data Security & Encryption
All personal data and messages are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Access is strictly limited to authorized school guidance staff and licensed counsellors.
